As the Chief Executive Officer, Charles is responsible for leading the Company in corporate strategy, business development, product innovation, market gains and profitability commitments. Charles has over 20 years of national and international senior management experience within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining RSI, Charles was Vice President of Sales and Marketing (Lodging Division) for Intrawest Corporation. Previously, Charles was Director of Marketing for several world-renowned, luxury hotels, including The Regent Hotel of Hong Kong, the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis. Charles also had experience as the Sales and Marketing Information Systems Manager for the Hyatt Hotel chain.
As Director of Client Services, Michael is responsible for the management of the RSI client support team. He oversees the day to day management of all client activity including training and support. Prior to joining RSI, Michael worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years in various management positions with The Westin Bayshore Vancouver and most recently Loden Vancouver. Michael has always been very customer service oriented througout his career and played a key role in getting Loden Vancouver to the #1 spot on Trip Advisor for all Vancouver hotels. Michael also has an extensive training background, he assumed the role of Property Service Culture Trainer for Westin hotels while Westin strived to become a globally recognized brand.
